Mobile Access in Three Steps
Access doesn't need a file on your phone. Open the address in Chrome or Safari and the lobby loads the way it does on a laptop — the only difference is the layout squeezing into one column. Before you sign in, check the browser is up to date and that JavaScript and cookies are allowed; a private or incognito tab will sign
you out the moment you leave it. Then log in with your username and password, and complete the one-time code we send to your registered number. Where a verified app build is offered, the sign-in page carries the pointer to it.
- Open the current address — Type the site address into your phone browser rather than following an old bookmark. If a saved link shows a blank or stale page, clear it and start from the address you know.
- Check browser compatibility — Use a current version of Chrome, Safari or Firefox with cookies and JavaScript enabled. A private tab drops your session as soon as you switch away, so keep a normal window for the lobby.
- Sign in securely — Your username, password and the one-time code sent to your registered number get you in. Turn on fingerprint login once you're inside, and never share that code with anyone who asks for it.
- Confirm build availability — If a verified build is released, the sign-in page and support desk both say so. Until then, the browser version carries the whole lobby — no sideloaded file is needed.
